抗剥落剂对橡胶颗粒沥青混合料性能影响研究

  :采用消石灰、水泥及TOR连接剂等不同抗剥落剂制备橡胶沥青混合料,分析其对橡胶沥青混合料残留稳定度、冻融劈裂强度以及动稳定度的影响。结果表明:水泥、消石灰及TOR连接剂三种抗剥落剂均能改善橡胶颗粒沥青混合料的水稳定性和高温稳定性,改善效果排序为TOR>水泥>消石灰;TOR连接剂主要作用为改善橡胶颗粒-沥青的粘结界面相容性及粘附性,而水泥及消石灰主要通过改善沥青-石料粘结强度来提升混合料水稳定性。提高橡胶-沥青的粘结界面可以更为直接的提升橡胶沥青混合料水稳定性;消石灰和水泥对于橡胶颗粒沥青路面的高温性能改善效果相近,TOR连接剂对橡胶颗粒沥青混合料高温性能改善效果最好,提升动稳定度约35%

Study on the Influence of Anti Stripping Agent on Properties of Rubber Particle Asphalt Mixture

Abstract: The residue stability, freezing-thaw splitting strength, and dynamic stability of rubber particle asphalt pavement with different types of anti-stripping agents was studied in this paper. Slaked lime, cement and Trans-Polyoctenamer Rubber (TOR) bridging agent were chosen as the anti-stripping agents. It was found that these three kinds of anti-stripping agents could all improve the water resistance and high-temperature stability. And the performance rank was, TOR > cement > slaked lime. The TOR could improve the bonding strength between asphalt and rubber particle, while the cement and slaked lime could strengthen the interface between asphalt and aggregate. It is indicated that, the bonding strength between asphalt and rubber particle was much more important for the rubber particle asphalt pavement.
