氯氧镁水泥-粉煤灰复合浆体的流变性能

  要:通过旋转黏度测试仪测试氯氧镁水泥(镁水泥)净浆在水化过程中不同的剪切速率下的剪切应力及塑性黏度,与建立镁水泥流变模型拟合镁水泥流变曲线,以及模型分析不同水化时间、不同粉煤灰掺量对镁水泥净浆流变特性的影响。研究结果表明:HerschelBulkley模型为镁水泥流变拟合最佳模型;当粉煤灰掺量为30%时,浆体剪切应力及塑性黏度均最小,浆体体系流动性最大,流变性降低程度最大;当粉煤灰掺量为30%时,浆体触变性最大。

Rheological Properties of Magnesium Chloride Cementfly Ash Composite

Abstract:The shear stress and plastic viscosity of the magnesium chloride cement (magnesium cement) slurry at different shear rates during the hydration process were measured by the rotational viscosity tester. The rheological curves of the magnesium cement were fitted by the rheological model of the magnesium cement.The influence of different hydration time and different fly ash content on the rheological properties of magnesium cement paste was analyzed by the model.The results show that the Herschel-Bulkley model is the best model for the rheological fitting of magnesium cement.When the fly ash content is 30%, the slurry shear stress and plastic viscosity are the smallest, slurry system liquidity is the largest, reduced degree of the rheological properties are the largest, when the fly ash content is 30%, thixotropy of the slurry is the highest.
